They have handled both major and minor improvements and repairs for us, including roof, plumbing and electrical repairs, and installation of windows, ceiling coverings, floor, and floor coverings, window treatments, electric door locks, changing light bulbs on our 25 ft ceilings, and even hanging pictures. We have found their pricing very fair and have never been surprised by an extra fee over their original quote. Always reachable, by call or text — a necessary trait of your go to handyman when managing STRs from afar. He did a great job squeezing in our installation despite the short notice so that we could get up and going for the tail end of the holiday season.
