We have found their pricing very fair and have never been surprised by an extra fee over their original quote. Always reachable, by call or text — a necessary trait of your go to handyman when managing STRs from afar. He did a great job squeezing in our installation despite the short notice so that we could get up and going for the tail end of the holiday season.
